Our Doctor Fees

We are a private billing practice. We will inform you of the fee to be charged upon completion of your appointment.


Bulk billing is available for the following patients:

  • All patients registered with the Practice prior to 25 September 2017 and who have attended a consultation within the last two years;

  • Pensioner and concession card holders;

  • Children under the age of 16;

  • Veterans/DVA card holders; and

  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients.

Follow up visits: All follow up visits will be bulk billed. Follow up is considered to be the same issue with no other issues discussed. Follow up consultation needs to be within 2 weeks of initial consult.

It is the policy of the Practice that payment for the consultation is made upon completion of your appointment.


We accept Eftpos, credit card (Mastercard and Visa) and payment made through HotDoc. Please note a processing fee applies for credit card and Hotdoc payments.


With our current TYRO system, patients are able to claim their rebate from Medicare instantly. Please note the rebate can only be returned onto a debit card.


For new patients and private patients booking a telehealth consultation, HotDoc will securely store your credit card when booking this appointment. You will only be charged once the appointment has been completed. If you cancel your appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy, your credit card will not be charged. If you fail to cancel your appointment in accordance with the policy, the cancellation fee will be charged. Please note, the Practice will not receive your credit card details.
