We are making important changes to our fees.

From 1 November 2022, all consultations (including follow up appointments) for all patients will now attract a gap of $35 after your Medicare rebate. Please click here for updated fee schedule.

Bulk billing is only available on weekdays and for the following patients with a valid medicare card:

• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients;

• Pensioner, concession card holders and children under 16 who are current patients* prior to 1 September 2022.

* Current patients are patients who have attended an appointment (covid vaccines only excluded) within the last two years.

We thank you for your understanding regarding this practice wide decision. It has not been a decision we have taken lightly. We look forward to continuing to provide quality healthcare for our patients.

Please note all Saturday consultations will be privately billed for ALL patients.

We have switched our online booking system from HotDoc to Automed.

You will receive a text from Automed with Prince Henry Medical's phone number 0492 061 474 with instructions on how to download the app and use the new system.

The new booking system will require patients to save credit card details to secure their appointment. Please note that we will not have access to your credit card details which are securely stored by Automed.
