If you are experiencing any of the following respiratory symptoms:

• Fever (>37.5 degrees);

• Shortness of breath;

• Sore/Scratchy throat;

• Runny nose;

• Cough;

• Ear ache;

• Loss of taste or smell; or

• Generalised aches and fatigue;

Please call reception to book an appointment.

PATIENTS WITH RESPIRATORY SYMPTOMS MUST:

• SHOW A RAPID ANTIGEN TEST RESULT performed on the same day as your appointment. Please take a photo or bring to your appointment; and

• WEAR A MASK.

You will be asked to wait outside until your GP is ready for your appointment. Where possible, please wait in your car and call reception to advise you have arrived.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any patients presenting with respiratory symptoms who do not show a negative covid-19 test.
