Dr Kristine Allen

Doctor

Kristine obtained her medical degree from the University of Western Ontario in Canada before moving to Australia in 2001. She completed her postgraduate training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.


Kristine is widely experienced in General Practice including preventative healthcare, the management of acute and chronic illnesses and psychological wellbeing.


Kristine has a special interest in Women and Children’s Health and obtained further training at the Royal Hospital for Women and Sydney Children’s Hospital. She holds Diplomas in both Paediatrics (UNSW) and Obstetrics and Gynaecology (DRANZCOG).


Kristine provides antenatal shared care in partnership with the Royal Hospital for Women. 


Kristine is also experienced in family planning and is accredited in the insertion/removal of Mirena IUD as well as insertion/removal of Implanon. 


She is experienced in procedural skills including wound repair and minor skin excisions. 


Kristine is a proud mum to 4 busy kids and enjoys outdoor pursuits including mountain biking, hiking, skiing and golf.


She is passionate about providing quality health care for the whole family.


Kristine is available for consults on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. She’s on a rotating roster for Saturdays.
